How much do your services cost ?
Depending on where you are, the price for an engineer/technician to come to you may differ. We bill you in transparent, 30-minute blocks with a minimum of one hour. Most of the time, we can solve the problems within an hour or less, so your technician will also offer extra assistance and advice if there is time left. For emergency situations, we have a special option for service on the same day.
Can I buy hardware or software from AussieTechExperts?
Yes ! For customer convenience, expert carries most common used hardware and software to fix customer issues on the spot. If the required part/hardware is not immediately available , we will organise it for you as soon as possible and make a return follow up visit as part of the same service.
What if the repairs can’t be completed onsite or takes longer than expected?
Sometimes, like in the instance of extensive data recovery or multiple hardware failure, our computer repair services cannot be completed onsite. In this event, your expert engineer will give you a fixed quote for the offsite repair of your computer as well as let you know when it will be returned. You will also be kept up-to-date at all times on the progress of your repairs while it is offsite. We do ask you to sign a form, authorisinvg the removal of your hardware to take offsite for repair.
